KITAY.KG is a freight forwarder based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. We have been working with China since 2016 and we do more than move boxes: we source suppliers, verify factories, buy goods on your behalf, inspect them before shipping and clear customs at destination.
What makes the difference
- Our own presence in China. Warehouses and staff in Guangzhou, Yiwu and Urumqi. When something needs checking, our own people check it — we do not forward the question down a chain.
- We buy, not just carry. We pay suppliers in RMB from our own entity, so you do not need a Chinese account, currency controls or negotiations in Chinese.
- Regular departures. Seven trucks leave China every week, so a slot is not something you wait weeks for.
- Both schemes. Cargo shipping with one all-in rate, or official import with a full document set cleared in your company name.

How a shipment usually starts
- You describe the task: what the cargo is, how much, where it goes and when it is needed.
- We quote within an hour, usually both schemes so you can compare.
- We collect the goods in China, receive them at our warehouse, check and photograph them.
- The shipment departs, we keep you updated at the border and on arrival.
- We clear customs and deliver to your warehouse.
